IV4017 – Physician Preference Card - Cost

Function:

Detailed preference card information which includes costs for the items entered on the Physician Preference Card.  Prints a new page for each Preference Card if multiple cards selected.

 

Usage:

• Select by surgery Physician ID(s), Procedure(s) and status of the card.
• Sorting and Grouping on this report are based on the item pick list from the preference card.
• Sort by Item Description or Catalog Number.
• Group item results by Preference Card Group (on the Preference Card Supply Items), Item Category or Item Location.
• Can exclude Procedures and Physicians from printing selection.

 

Hints and Tips:

Many centers use this as a Pick List to gather the day’s supplies.  If so, grouping by Preference Card Group or Inventory Location may make picking easier.

 

Notable Fields:

Cost: Item Master cost per each at the time the supplies are entered.

Extended Price: Item cost multiplied by the number used.
